The AK4127 is a stereo digital sample rate converter (SRC). The input data sample rate is ranged from 8kHz to 216kHz and the output data sample rate is from 8kHz to 216kHz.  The AK4127 has a built-in PLL enabling to operate at slave mode without any master clock input.  The AK4127 supports a daisy chain configuration at TDM mode, enabling cascaded connection of up to four devices (Eight channels).    The AK4127 is an ideal choice for digital audio applications supporting different sample rate sources in the system, such as Studio equipments, Car Audio systems, and DVD recorders.
