Relative Resistance Ratio
Rinr, Routr The ratio of input resistance of each Hall element and the average intput resistance in a package.
Thermal Coefficient of Output Voltage
αVH Temperature coefficient of the Hall output voltage.
This is calculated within the range of 0°C-40°C with 20°C as standard in the HW series. and within the range of 25°C-125°C with 25°C as standard for others.
Thermal Coefficient of Input Resistance
αRin Temperature coefficient of Input Resistance.
