Quantum well ultra-thin film InAs (Indium Arsenide) is used as the material for the magnetic sensing.
High sensitivity and low current consumption are achieved at the same time.
Thermal characteristics are also excellent. High sensitivity is realized by our original ultra-thin film technology.
