Design example of switch using Hall Effect IC

Example: Shown below are several design examples of proximity switch that uses EW-450.
In these designs, the following assumption is applied: Bop = 20 mT (Ta=25°C)

Ferrite magnet: Br = 280 (mT), f= 5 mm, L = 3 mm

SmCo magnet: Br = 800 (mT), f = 5 mm, L = 3 mm

*In an actual design, please take into account the temperature characteristics of the Hall IC and magnet in use.
